Have you given thought to dividing the name field associated with scoring a quiz to First Name, Last Name and adding an email field? This is a great tool for capturing contact information, but it would be great to have more detail.

1. Right click on the side of the page and select “View Source” from the drop down menu (it might be worded slightly differently depending on the browser)
2. When the source code appears, copy and paste ALL of it into the box on http://pastebin.com/, submit the form on pastebin
3. Copy the URL of the page that pastebin takes you too and leave that URL in a comment here.

This will give me a copy of your pages code so that I can run it locally and see what’s happening.
